Terms & Conditions

Article 1 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the contractual framework applicable to services booked with Monaco Luxury Tours SARL.

The services offered may include, in particular:

• Private sightseeing tours departing from Monaco
• Tailor-made excursions across the French Riviera
• Bespoke experiences with a premium vehicle and local coordination
• Tourism-related journeys connected with an excursion, event or travel programme
• Organisation of customised experiences
• Optional official multilingual guide, subject to availability

Article 2 Booking

Bookings may be made through the website, by e-mail, by telephone, via WhatsApp, through hotels, concierge services or partner agencies.

A booking becomes firm once Monaco Luxury Tours SARL has confirmed the service, the quotation or offer has been approved in writing, and full payment or a deposit has been received where requested.

The client must provide accurate information, including:

• Name or company name
• Date and time of the service
• Pick-up address
• Destination or requested programme
• Number of passengers
• Number of luggage items
• Useful contact details
• Flight or train number where relevant
• Any specific requests

Any error in the information provided by the client remains the client’s responsibility.

Any request for a baby seat, booster seat or child equipment must be made at the time of booking and remains subject to availability.

Article 3 Rates

Rates are quoted in euros (€). They may be offered as a fixed price, by the hour, for a half-day, for a full day or according to a tailor-made programme.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include:

• Vehicle adapted to the confirmed service
• Fuel
• Professional insurance
• Standard toll charges
• Client assistance
• Standard organisation of the service

The following may give rise to additional charges:

• Additional hour
• Extended waiting time
• Additional stop
• Paid parking
• Very early departure or night-time service
• Public holiday
• Official guide
• Specific request
• Route or itinerary modification

Article 4 Payment

Payment may be required at the time of booking, before the service or on the day of the service, depending on the terms specified at confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer
• Cash, within the applicable legal limits
• Secure payment link

Any late payment or failure to pay authorises Monaco Luxury Tours SARL to immediately suspend any future service.

Article 5 Service changes

Any change requested by the client must be made as early as possible. It remains subject to availability, operational constraints and, where applicable, a price adjustment.

No late modification can be guaranteed.

Article 6 Cancellation policy

Reserved official guide

Where an external official guide has been specifically reserved for the client, the costs incurred may remain payable in accordance with the partner guide’s own conditions.

The official guide service is subject to availability, the requested language and the conditions of the relevant partner.

Force majeure

In the event of an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties, including major strike, natural disaster, war, administrative prohibition, exceptional weather conditions or site closure, an amicable solution will be sought.

• Postponement
• Credit note
• Adaptation of the service
• Partial refund according to costs already incurred

Any approved refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment method used.

Article 7 Delays and waiting time

Airport / Train station

If flight or train details have been provided, Monaco Luxury Tours SARL will adapt the pick-up time to the actual arrival time whenever possible.

A reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the service. Beyond this time, additional charges may apply.

Hotel / Villa / Residence

The client must be ready at the agreed time. Any delay may result in a reduction of the booked duration, additional charges or the partial impossibility of completing the planned programme.

Article 8 Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Respect the team in charge of the service and the guide where applicable
• Respect the vehicle
• Fasten their seat belt
• Respect the maximum authorised capacity
• Inform the company of any special luggage
• Comply with local legislation

The following are prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping without prior agreement
• Damaging the vehicle
• Violence, threats or insults
• Transporting prohibited items
• Dangerous behaviour

Any damage will be charged to the client.

Article 9 Refusal or interruption of service

Monaco Luxury Tours SARL reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a service in the event of:

• Obvious intoxication
• Violence
• Endangerment
• Number of passengers exceeding the legal capacity
• Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions
• Any situation incompatible with safety

No refund will be due in such cases.

Article 10 Liability

Monaco Luxury Tours SARL is bound by an obligation of means.

The company cannot be held liable for delays or impossibilities caused in particular by:

• Traffic conditions
• Accident involving a third party
• Weather conditions
• Administrative checks
• Road closure
• Air or rail delays
• Demonstrations or public events
• Force majeure

Any liability shall be limited to the amount of the disputed service, unless otherwise provided by law.

Article 11 Luggage and personal belongings

Luggage and personal belongings remain the client’s responsibility. The client must notify the company in advance of any oversized luggage.

Monaco Luxury Tours SARL cannot be held liable for forgotten or lost items, except in the event of proven fault. Found items may be returned or shipped at the client’s expense.

Any special or bulky luggage, including golf equipment, double stroller, wheelchair or specific equipment, must be reported before the booking is confirmed.

Article 12 Personal data

The data collected is used only for booking management, client communication, invoicing and legal or accounting obligations.

It is processed confidentially in accordance with the applicable regulations.

No photograph, video or content involving the client will be used for commercial purposes without the client’s prior consent.

Article 13 Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the service.

After this period, the service shall be deemed compliant.

Article 14 Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the Principality of Monaco.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of Monaco shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 15 Acceptance

Any booking, quotation approval or payment implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 16 Final provisions

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid.
